Our TangoBreath vinyasa is an intense practice of individual movement linked with breath that will change the way you stand and move through your every day life. Become aware of your body’s movement and posture, refine it, make it yours. Our posture and movement is affected by the experiences of our life. Find your own healthy posture and movement, and let your self image and awareness come along for the ride.
TangoLab is an exploration of tango movement and music in a way that will help you refine, realize, visualize and respond to the music and your partner in ever changing ways. There are no steps. There is the line of movement, the axis of movement, your line of gravity, and your partner’s line of gravity. Every movement is connected in these ways. In the end it comes down to music, emotion, breath, movement, and response, all in a single moment that you share only with your partner.
